Prior to being hired, our care providers undergo a thorough screening process which includes: a complete background check, employment eligibility verification, communication skills assessment, and a comprehensive competency exam. The agency provides continuous training and supervision for all our care providers.
Before service begins, a care professional visits the client’s home and provides a free assessment of the individual’s environment (safety issues), evaluates the client’s condition and develops a customized Plan of Care that addresses the client’s home healthcare needs. Once the plan is developed, a trained care provider will follow the care plan to provide quality care and companionship. Our goal is to maintain a constant care provider for each client.
