Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC offers a variety of ways to pay for the home care of your loved one. We offer electronic invoices for private pay. Our administrative staff understands the Long-term Care process and can assist in activating your policy for services. If you are a veteran and you meet the following CRITERIA, we can facilitate the Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefit.
Veterans Care
VA Aid and Attendance
The Aid and Attendance Benefit through your VA is a Tax-Free, non service disability pension for veterans and their spouses. Unlike a service pension, this pension is used to pay for medical expenses, including Home Care services. This benefit covers assistance with daily activities like bathing, eating, and dressing; memory care; and support for disability or illness.
Community Care Network
Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC is an in-network provider with the VA and TriWest and part of their community care network. Working with the VA, we are dedicated to helping Veterans receive their benefits for home health aides and homemaking benefits, including respite care.
Private Pay
Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC requires a service agreement that can be terminated by you or the agency with a 2-week notice. Other factors for example in the event of death can result in the immediate termination of the contract. Billing is done every two weeks unless stated otherwise. We have electronic invoicing and accept payment via paper check, Bill pay via bank draft, ACH payments, and payments via Zelle.
Long Term Care
Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC’s administrative staff understands the Long-term Care process and can assist in activating your policy for services.
A long-term care insurance policy is in place before any major changes in health and mobility guarantees that they will have complete home care coverage assistance available if they need it.
Workman’s Compensation
Workers’ compensation pays for benefits like medical and non medical care such as bathing, cooking, grooming, and light housekeeping to treat employees who are injured or become ill because of their jobs. Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC’s administrative staff understands the Workman’s Compensation process and can assist in activating your policy for services.
Trust Funds
A Trust Fund is a legal entity that contains assets or property on behalf of a person or organization. Trust Funds are managed by a Trustee, who is named when the Trust is created. Trust Funds can contain monies set aside to pay for a person’s Medical and non medical needs such as help with bathing, cooking, grooming, light house keeping, companionship and much more. Acclaim Homecare Svc LLC ‘s administrative staff understands the Trust fund process and can work directly with the Trustee to access funds to pay for services you need.
